In paddy Processing Activity (Rice Milling Activity), we provide the following services :

• 01. Consultancy for rice mill.
• 02. Consultancy for co-generation project in rice milling industry.
• 03. Supply or supply/installation & commissioning of machineries & equipments required for processing paddy to rice, viz.
• a) Pre-cleaning of paddy.
• b) Parboiling of paddy for manufacturing of steam rice, parboiled rice & puffed rice.
• c) Drying of paddy with clean air, based on steam to air heat exchanger or air to air heat exchanger.
• d) Milling of paddy to achieve best quality head rice, with reduced broken rice, along with bran & husk.
• e) Boiler to generate steam for process requirement or high pressure boiler to generate steam for steam turbine & also for process requirement.

In the field of thermal insulation, we provide the following services, in the temperature range of (-) 180 ⁰ C to 1200 ⁰ C.

• 01) Consultancy for thermal insulation - Design and selection of optimum & economic thickness & density.
• 02) Thermal energy survey of existing unit.
• 03) Supply of manpower for insulation.
• 04)Specially designed insulation for multipurpose cold storage.
• 05) Supply, installation & commissioning of insulation required for hot & cold insulation, viz.
• a) Lightly resin bonded mattress or resin bonded slab & pipe section of different density & thickness for hot insulation.
• b) Ceramic Fiber felt or Board for very high temperature application.
• c) Polyurethane foam (PUF) slab & pipe section for preformed & in-situ application.
